`IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, by the parties, through counsel, and

`subject to the approval and order of the Court, that the briefing schedule for the Motion to Dismiss

`shall be as extended as follows:

`1. Defendants shall file an Opening Brief in Support of the Motion to Dismiss, not to
`
`exceed thirty (30) pages, on August 14, 2023 (from July 13, 2023);
`
`2. Plaintiff shall file an Answering Brief in Opposition to the Motion to Dismiss, not to
`
`exceed thirty (30) pages on October 2, 2023 (from August 31, 2023); and
`
`3. Defendants shall file a Reply Brief in Support of the Motion to Dismiss, not to exceed
`
`fifteen (15) pages on October 30, 2023 (from September 28, 2023).
