`Pursuant to the Court’s Order granting Plaintiff Impossible Foods Inc. (“Impossible”),
`
`and Defendants Motif FoodWorks, Inc. (“Motif”) and Ginkgo Bioworks, Inc. (“Ginkgo”)
`
`(together, the “Parties”) Joint Motion to Stay, D.I. 598, the Parties respectfully request that the
`
`Court extend the current stay of all deadlines for an additional 3 days from the date of this joint
`
`motion. The Parties remain in the process of securing final approval and documentation to
`
`resolve this action and believe an additional short extension would allow for the completion of
`
`this process and avoid further burden on the Court. The Parties will file dismissal papers, or
`
`otherwise notify the Court of the status, on or before August 30, 2024.
