`NOTICE OF THIRD-PARTY SUBPOENAS TO NOVOZYMES NORTH AMERICA, INC.
`
`PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 30, 34 and
`
`45, Defendant Motif FoodWorks, Inc. (“Motif”) will serve a Subpoena to Testify at a Deposition
`
`in a Civil Action and a Subpoena to Produce Documents, Information, or Objects or to Permit
`
`Inspection of Premises in a Civil Action on non-party Novozymes North America, Inc.
`
`(“Novozymes”).
`
`Motif will take the deposition upon oral examination of Novozymes before an officer
`
`authorized to administer oaths. The deposition will commence at a date and time to be mutually
`
`agreed upon by counsel, and will continue until completion with such adjournments as may be
`
`necessary. The deposition will take place at the law offices of Quinn Emanuel Urquhart &
`
`Sullivan, LLP, 500 Delaware Ave., Suite 220, Wilmington, Delaware 19801, or at a location to be
`
`mutually agreed upon in writing by counsel for the parties, including by remote means, if
`
`necessary. The deposition will be recorded stenographically and may be videotaped. The
`
`deposition will proceed in accordance with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and will continue
`
`from day to day (Sundays and holidays excluded) until completed, unless otherwise agreed.

`Plaintiff is invited to participate. A true and correct copy of the Subpoena to Testify at a Deposition
`
`in a Civil Action is attached as Exhibit 1.
`
`The Subpoena to Produce Documents, Information, or Objects or to Permit Inspection of
`
`Premises includes requests for production of documents listed on the subpoena. Such production
`
`will be made on July 1, 2024, within fourteen (14) days after the service of this subpoena, at the
`
`office of Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan LLP, 500 Delaware Ave., Suite 220, Wilmington,
`
`Delaware 19801 and electronically via file transfer to qemotif@quinnemanuel.com, in accordance
`
`with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and in compliance with the Instructions and Definitions
`
`set forth in this subpoena, or such other time or place agreed upon by Motif FoodWorks, Inc. and
`
`Novozymes. A true and correct copy of this subpoena is attached as Exhibit 2.
