`WHEREAS, on May 8, 2024, the Court entered the Stipulation and Order to Extend Time
`
`(D.I. 500) setting certain deadlines in the Yeast Patent case;
`
`WHEREAS, Plaintiff Impossible Foods Inc. and Defendants Ginkgo Bioworks, Inc. and
`
`Motif Foodworks, Inc. (“the Parties”) wish to extend the deadline to serve privilege logs;
`
`WHEREAS, the proposed extension will not affect any other deadline;
`
`IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, by the Parties, through their
`
`undersigned counsel, and subject to the approval of the Court, that the deadline to serve privilege
`
`logs shall be extended from June 6, 2024 until June 13, 2024.
