`STIPULATION AND ORDER
`
`WHEREAS, Impossible Foods Inc. and Motif FoodWorks, Inc. stipulated to extensions of
`
`certain fact discovery deadlines in the foodstuff patent case on March 20, 2024 (D.I. 409);
`
`WHEREAS, Impossible and Motif’s previous stipulation (D.I. 409) extended the time to
`
`take certain third-party depositions;
`
`WHEREAS, Impossible and Motif agreed that certain third-party depositions would be
`
`taken on or before April 15, 2024, and certain third-party depositions would be taken out of time
`
`but within two weeks following the Court’s ruling on Impossible’s pending Motion to Compel
`
`Discovery Related to Motif Investigations (“Impossible’s Motion,” D.I. 406);
`
`WHEREAS, the parties wish to avoid burdening the Court with disputes and wasting
`
`judicial and party resources in completing remaining fact discovery;
`
`NOW THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by the parties, subject to the
`
`approval of the Court, that the deposition of third-party Michael Tai may be taken after the Court
`
`rules on Impossible’s Motion at a date to be agreed upon by the parties but within two weeks of
`
`the ruling.
