`PROTECTIVE ORDER

`WHEREAS, pursuant to Paragraph 9 of the Scheduling Order (D.I. 37), the deadline for
`
`the Parties to file a proposed protective order is December 12, 2022;
`
`WHEREAS, the Parties acknowledge that Paragraph 12 of the Scheduling Order (D.I. 37)
`
`requires that any requests to extend a deadline be made three business days advance of the
`
`deadline;
`
`WHEREAS, the Parties submit that additional time is needed to confer regarding the form
`
`of the proposed protective order in an effort to limit the number of disputes before the Court, the
`
`Parties respectfully submit that good cause exists to support their request for additional time;
`
`NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties stipulate and agree, subject to the approval of the Court,
`
`that the time for the Parties to file a proposed protective order is extended through and including
`
`December 19, 2022.
