`WHEREAS, the parties agreed and stipulated to extend certain deadlines, which post-dated
`
`the claim construction briefing deadlines (id. ¶¶ 13(b), 14), by one week;

`IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, by and between the parties, subject to the
