`Pursuant to the Scheduling Order (D.I. 37), Plaintiff Impossible Foods Inc.

`(“Impossible”) hereby moves for leave to serve an Amendment to and Supplementation of Final
`
`Infringement Contentions. On September 1, 2023, pursuant to the Court’s December 1, 2022
`
`Scheduling Order (D.I. 37, ¶ 4), Impossible served its Identification of Final Infringement
`
`Contentions. In Motif FoodWorks, Inc.’s (“Motif”) September 29, 2023 Objections and Second
`
`Supplemental Responses to Plaintiff’s Second Set of Interrogatories (Nos. 16,18) (“Second
`
`Supplemental Interrogatory Response”) (Ex. 1) and October 30, 2023 Objections and Third
`
`Supplemental Response to Plaintiff’s Second Set of Interrogatories (No. 16) (“Third
`
`Supplemental Interrogatory Response”) (Ex. 2), Motif identified documents related to the
`
`chemical composition of the ingredients and components of the Accused Products. Motif
`
`produced documents identified in those supplemental interrogatory responses on September 29,
`
`2023 and October 13, 2023. Upon review of those documents,
`
`

`. Impossible seeks leave to amend its Final Infringement Contentions to include (1)
`
