`PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to Rule 30(b)(1) of the Federal Rules of Civil

`Procedure and the applicable Local Civil Rules of the United States District Court for the District

`of Delaware, Plaintiff Impossible Food’s Inc. (“Impossible Foods” or “Plaintiff”), by and through

`its undersigned counsel, will take the deposition by oral testimony of Michael Leonard.

`The deposition will commence at a date, time, and location (or by virtual deposition
