`IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, by and between Plaintiff Impossible

`Foods Inc. and Defendants Motif FoodWorks, Inc. and Ginkgo Bioworks, Inc., subject to the

`approval of the Court, that the deadline for the parties to submit an amended protective order
`
`shall be extended through and including August 28, 2023 (from August 14, 2023). No other
`
`deadlines shall be affected by this stipulation.
