`Please take notice that Defendant-Counterclaim Plaintiff Netflix Inc. (“Defendant”),
`
`pursuant to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 30, 34, and 45, will serve the attached (1) subpoena
`
`duces tecum and (2) subpoena ad testificandum on Stuart K. Card. A true and correct copy of
`
`each subpoena is attached hereto as Exhibits 1 and 2.
`
`The subpoena commands Stuart K. Card to produce documents, records, and other
`
`materials described in Attachment A to Exhibit 1.
`
`The deposition will take place in accordance with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure
`
`and the Local Rules of the United States District Court for the District of Delaware, under oath
`
`and before a notary public or other person authorized by law to administer oaths. The deposition
`
`will commence at the offices of Latham & Watkins LLP, 140 Scott Drive, Menlo Park,
`
`California 94025 on February 20, 2024 at 9:00 am, or at other mutually agreed upon location,
`
`date, and time. The deposition will be recorded by stenographic and videographic means, and
`
`will continue day-to-day, excluding weekends and holidays, until completed. You are invited to
`
`attend and cross-examine.
