`Defendants YouTube, LLC and Google LLC (collectively, “Google”) has filed a motion
`simultaneously herewith seeking to join the discovery hearing between Robocast, Inc.
`(“Robocast”) and Netflix, Inc. (“Netflix”) on August 29, 2023 at 3:30 PM. As outlined in the
`motion, the hearing will cover issues common to the action between Google and Robocast.
`Appreciating Your Honor’s schedule, Google is prepared to file a 1 ½-page letter tomorrow,
`August 23, 2023, the date when Robocast and Netflix will file their opening letters.

`Google respectfully requests that the Court issue an order before 5:00 PM tomorrow
`allowing it to file its letter and permitting it to join the hearing on August 29, 2023.
