`DEFFEDANTS’ MOTION FOR SANCTIONS
`
`Defendants YouTube, LLC and Google LLC (together, “Google”) move the Court to
`
`sanction Robocast for submitting a false declaration (D.I. 33) in this case opposing Google’s
`
`motion to transfer venue to the Northern District of California (D.I. 21). The grounds for this
`
`motion are set forth in Defendants’ Opening Brief filed contemporaneously herewith. Pursuant to
`
`D. Del. L.R. 7.1.1, the parties have met and conferred and counsel for Plaintiff Robocast, Inc.
`
`(“Robocast”) has stated that Robocast opposes the Motion.
