`PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to Rule 30(b)(1) of the Federal Rules of Civil
`
`Procedure Plaintiff Robocast, Inc. (“Robocast”), by and through its counsel of record, will take the
`
`deposition upon oral examination of Ben Hulse on Thursday, October 3, 2024 at 9:00 am PT. The
`
`deposition will take place remotely via videoconference.
`
`The deposition will be recorded by stenographic means and may also be recorded by
`
`videotape. The deposition will be conducted before an officer authorized to administer oaths and
`
`will continue from day-to-day, weekends and legal holidays excluded, until completed, or
`
`according to a schedule mutually agreed upon by the parties in advance of the appearance date.
`
`This deposition is for the purpose of discovery and evidentiary use at trial or any hearing for this matter,
`
`and for any other purpose permitted under the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. You are invited to
`
`attend and cross examine.
