`MOTION FOR EXEMPTION OF PERSONS FROM THE DISTRICT OF DELAWARE’S
`MAY 15, 2023 STANDING ORDER ON PERSONAL DEVICES

`Plaintiff Robocast, Inc. (“Robocast”) respectfully moves this Court for an order to
`
`exempt certain persons from the District of Delaware’s May 15, 2023 Standing Order on
`
`Procedures Regarding the Possession and Use of Cameras and Personal Electronic Devices by
`
`Visitors to the J. Caleb Boggs Federal Building and United States Courthouse (the “May 15,
`
`2023 Standing Order”). In support of this Motion, Robocast states as follows:

`The District of Delaware’s May 15, 2023 Standing Order provides procedures to regulate
`
`the possession and use of personal electronic devices by visitors to the J. Caleb Boggs Federal
`
`Building and United States Courthouse, which require, inter alia, for visitors to place personal
`
`electronic devices in a locked pouch provided by U.S. Marshals. Paragraph 4 of the May 15,
`
`2023 Standing Order provides for certain exemptions to the Standing Order.
`
`A claim construction hearing is scheduled to commence in the above noted actions on
`
`September 5, 2024 at 10:00 A.M. in Courtroom 6D before the Honorable Jennifer L. Hall.
`
`The following individual intends to appear at the claim construction hearing and requires
`
`access to his electronic devices but does not meet the exemptions listed in Paragraph 4 of the
`
`May 15, 2023 Standing Order:
`
`Dylan Green – Robocast’s Technology Specialist.
`
`As such, Robocast respectfully asks this Court to enter the Proposed Order filed
`
`concurrently herewith the instant Motion to permit Dyaln Green – Robocast’s Technology
`
`Specialist to bring his electronic devices into the J. Caleb Boggs Federal Building and United
`
`States Courthouse, 844 North King Street, Unit 1100, Wilmington, DE 19801 for the September
`
`5 claim construction hearing in Courtroom 6D before the Honorable Jennifer L. Hall.
