`PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to Rule 30(b)(1) of the Federal Rules of Civil
`
`Procedure, Defendants Google LLC and YouTube, LLC (collectively, “Google” or “Defendants”),
`
`by and through their counsel, will take the deposition upon oral examination of Ed Robertiello.
`
`The deposition will commence at a mutually agreeable date at 9:00 a.m., at the offices of
`
`Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, One Market Plaza, Spear Tower #3300, San Francisco, CA
`
`94105, or at another mutually agreeable time and place, and will continue from day to day
`
`thereafter, commencing at 9:00 a.m., until completed.
`
`The deposition will be taken before a court reporter, notary public, or other official
`
`authorized by law to administer oaths. The deposition will be recorded by videotape and/or
`
`stenographic means and will be taken for use at trial in this litigation, and for any purposes
`
`permitted under the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and any other applicable rule or statute.
