`part Defendants YouTube, LLC and Google LLC’s (collectively, “Defendants”) Motion to

`Dismiss Claims of Indirect and Willful Infringement and for Obviousness-Type Double
`
`Patenting with leave to refile after the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit
`
`decided In re: Cellect (D.I. 29 ¶ 2), Defendants hereby move to dismiss with prejudice all of
`
`Plaintiff Robocast, Inc.’s (“Plaintiff”) claims for infringement of U.S. Patent No. 7,155,451. The
`
`grounds for this motion are set forth in Defendants’ Opening Brief in Support of Their Renewed
`
`Motion to Dismiss for Obviousness-Type Double Patenting, filed contemporaneously herewith.
