`Plaintiff Globus Medical Inc. (“Globus”) writes to inform the Court that all IPRs
`relevant to this matter have now been resolved or terminated by the PTAB, as of June 13,
`2024, although appeal deadlines have not yet all passed. At present, the following claims
`of the following asserted Globus patents remain at issue in this litigation after the
`completion of the IPR process at the PTAB: 9,402,739, 8,845,731, 10,925,752 and
`11,065,128. Globus requests that the Court set a conference at the Court’s convenience to
`discuss the schedule for the case going forward.
