`JUDGMENT AND DAUBERT BRIEFING SCHEDULE
`
`WHEREAS, during the October 30, 2024 hearing in the above-referenced litigation, the
`
`Court (i) granted Roku leave to file a motion for summary judgment of no willful infringement of
`
`U.S. Patent Nos. 8,671,139 and 8,959,146 (“the Roku MSJ”), (ii) for the Roku MSJ, imposed a 6-
`
`page limit for Roku’s opening brief, a 6-page limit for AlmondNet’s answering brief, and a 3-page
`
`limit for Roku’s reply brief, and (iii) instructed the parties to submit a schedule for the Roku MSJ
`
`and the parties’ Daubert motions (if any).
`
`WHEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED by the parties, subject to
`
`the approval of the Court, that:
`
`1.
`
`Roku shall file its opening brief for the Roku MSJ on or before November 15, 2024.
`
`AlmondNet shall file its answering brief on or before December 3, 2024. Roku shall
`
`file its reply brief on or before December 10, 2024.
`
`2.
`
`The parties shall file motions and opening briefs for any Daubert motions on or
`
`before December 20, 2024. Answering briefs shall be filed on or before January 10,
`
`2025. Reply briefs shall be filed on or before January 17, 2025.
