`Plaintiff Guardant Health, Inc. (“Guardant”) moves for a preliminary injunction. In
`consideration of the entire record, Plaintiffs have demonstrated that it is likely to succeed on the
`merits of its patent infringement allegations against Defendants. Defendants have not presented
`a substantial question of the validity of those patents. In addition, Plaintiffs have demonstrated
`that they are substantially likely to suffer irreparable harm from Defendants’ ongoing
`infringement and that the balance of equities and the public interest favor protecting Plaintiffs
`and granting a preliminary injunction. Plaintiffs’ Motion for Preliminary Injunction is therefore
`GRANTED.

`Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED :
`
`Defendants and their officers, agents, affiliates, employees, and attorneys, and all those
`
`persons acting or attempting to act in concert or participation with them, are enjoined from making,
`
`using, offering to sell, or selling within the United States, or importing into the United States, or
`
`marketing, promoting, or distributing the accused FoundationOne® Liquid CDx.
`
`Defendants are obligated to notify all users of the accused FoundationOne® Liquid CDx
`
`about this order.
