`CERTAIN OPINIONS AND TESTIMONY OF DR. ROBERT TUCKER

`Plaintiffs Hologic, Inc. and Cytyc Surgical Products, LLC (collectively, “Hologic”)

`respectfully move the Court to exclude certain expert opinions and testimony of Dr. Robert
`
`Tucker. The grounds for this Motion are set forth in the Opening Brief in Support of Plaintiffs’
`
`Motion to Exclude Certain Opinions and Testimony of Dr. Robert Tucker and supporting
`
`declarations and exhibits, filed herewith. Hologic respectfully requests that the Court grant its
`
`Motion in the form of the Proposed Order attached hereto.
