`STIPULATION AND PROPOSED ORDER REGARDING PAGE LIMITS FOR
`DISPOSITIVE AND DAUBERT BRIEFING

`WHEREAS, pursuant to the Scheduling Order in this case, D.I. 20, the deadline for parties to
`serve dispositive motions and opening briefs in support thereof is March 22, 2021, the deadline for
`parties to serve answering briefs is April 12, 2021, and the deadline to serve reply briefs is April 26,
`2021; and
`WHEREAS, the parties have conferred concerning the page limits applicable to such briefing;
`IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED by and between the parties, subject to
`approval of the Court, that:
`
` Each party is permitted to file as many case dispositive and Daubert motions as desired;
`provided however that each SIDE (Plaintiffs Hologic, Inc. and Cytyc Surgical
`Products, LLC, on the one SIDE, and Defendant Minerva Surgical, Inc., on the other)
`will be limited to a combined total of 60 pages for all opening briefs, a combined total
`of 60 pages for all answering briefs, and a combined total of 30 pages for all reply
`briefs.

` The opening and opposition briefs on any single motion, however, will not exceed 20

`pages each, and no reply brief to any motion will exceed 10 pages.
