`Re: Hologic, Inc. and Cytyc Surgical Products, LLC v. Minerva Surgical, Inc., LLC,
`C.A. No. 20-925-JFB-SRF

`I write to request a short extension of time (from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Friday,
`January 29, 2021) for Plaintiffs to file their responsive letter submission in advance of the
`discovery dispute teleconference scheduled at 11:00 a.m. on February 3, 2021. (See D.I. 58 “So
`Ordered” on 01/13/2021, and 01/22/2021 Correcting Entry.)
`
`Minerva’s moving submission is due at 11:00 am on Thursday, January 27, 2021. The
`current 24-hour response time is challenging for Plaintiffs, particularly since several responsible
`attorneys for Plaintiffs are in the Pacific Time zone. Plaintiffs would greatly appreciate even a
`few more hours to incorporate client feedback. Of course, the required courtesy copies shall be
`delivered to the Clerk’s office before 4:00 p.m.
`
`Minerva does not oppose Plaintiffs’ request for an additional four hours.
`
`Counsel remains available at Your Honor’s convenience if there are any questions.
