`WHEREAS, on September 22, 2020, the Court conducted a telephonic Scheduling
`
`Conference pursuant to Fed, R. Civ. P. 16(b); and
`
`WHEREAS, later that same day, the Court issued an Oral Order directing the parties to
`
`submit a revised joint proposed scheduling order on or before October 5, 2020; and
`
`WHEREAS, the parties have exchanged drafts of a revised joint proposed scheduling
`
`order and continue to negotiate the terms of that document;
`
`IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED by and between the parties, subject to
`
`approval of the Court, that the deadline for the parties to submit a revised joint proposed
`
`scheduling order is extended by one day, to October 6, 2020.
