`In accordance with the Court’s April 6, 2021 stay order (D.I. 122), the parties hereby provide
`notice that on Tuesday, June 29, 2021, the U.S. Supreme Court issued a decision concerning the
`issue of assignor estoppel in Minerva Surgical, Inc. v. Hologic, Inc., et al., No. 20-440. The Supreme
`Court vacated the judgment of the Federal Circuit and remanded the case for further proceedings
`consistent with the opinion. A true and correct copy of the Supreme Court’s decision is attached
`hereto as Exhibit A.
`Should the Court have any questions, Counsel is available at the Court’s convenience.
