`Pursuant to the Court’s January 21, 2020 order staying this
`
`Action (D.I. 18), the parties write to inform the Court that Blackboard
`
`Inc.’s motion to transfer venue of Uniloc 2017 LLC v. Blackboard Inc.,
`
`No. 17-cv-753-LY (W.D. Tex.) was granted on May 15, 2020. That case
`
`has now been docketed in this district, with case number, 1:20-cv-
`
`00665, and has been assigned to Chief Judge Stark. Uniloc 2017 LLC
`
`has filed in that action a notice that the action is related to this one.
`
`The current stay in this case was predicated on the disposition
`
`of Blackboard’s motion to transfer the Western District of Texas
`
`action. As such, the parties agree that the stay should be lifted. The
`
`
`

`parties believe that this Action should now be dismissed, without
`
`prejudice, in favor of the transferred action.
