`Judgment After Verdict was entered on March 6, 2023. (D.I. 331.) Before the case was
`
`submitted to the jury, Plaintiff Express Mobile, Inc.’s (“Express Mobile”) moved for judgment as
`
`a matter of law under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 50(a) on infringement of U.S. Patent No.
`
`9,063,755 (“ʼ755 patent”), U.S. Patent No. 9,471,287 (“ʼ287 patent”), and U.S. Patent No.
`
`9,928,044 (“ʼ044 patent”) (collectively, “Asserted Patents”), inter alia. (Trial Transcript, 899:5–
`
`6; D.I. 321.)
`
`Pursuant to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 50(b), Express Mobile renews its motion for
`
`judgment as a matter of law (“JMOL”) of infringement and post-suit willful infringement of the
`
`Asserted Patents. In the alternative, pursuant to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 59, Express
`
`Mobile moves for a new trial on infringement and post-suit willful infringement. In the event any
`
`aspect of Express Mobile’s JMOL or new trial motions are granted with respect to infringement,
`
`Express Mobile further moves for a new trial on damages.
`
`Support for Express Mobile’s motion are set forth in its Opening Brief, to be filed on or
`
`before April 10, 2023. (D.I. 332.)
