`the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit from the Court’s Order granting-in-part

`and denying-in-part Amazon’s Motion for Judgment as a Matter of Law dated September 30, 2024
`
`(Dkt. 326) and any other pertinent interlocutory decisions, rulings, findings, or orders, or rulings,
`
`findings, or orders incorporated therein, including but not limited to the decision denying
`
`Amazon’s Motion for Judgment as a Matter of Law on infringement of U.S. Patent Nos. 8,073,681
`
`(“the ’681 patent”), 7,818,176 (“the ’176 patent”), and 9,269,097 (“the ’097 patent”); the decision
`
`denying Amazon’s Motion for Judgment as a Matter of Law on invalidity of the ’097 patent and
`
`U.S. Patent No. 9,626,703 (“the ’703 patent”); the decision denying Amazon’s Motion for
`
`Judgment as a Matter of Law on ineligibility of the ’176 patent, the ’097 patent, the ’681 patent,
`
`and the ’703 patent; the decision denying Amazon’s Motion for Judgment as a Matter of Law on
`
`willful infringement; and the Court’s determinations with respect to claim construction.

`This Notice of Appeal is filed within 30 days of entry of the order disposing of the last
