`DEFENDANT’S UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE
`POST-TRIAL ANSWERING BRIEF REGARDING ONGOING ROYALTY
`
`Defendant Amazon.com Services LLC (“Amazon”) hereby respectfully moves for a one-
`
`week extension of the date by which its post-trial answering papers regarding the issue of an
`
`ongoing royalty are due pursuant to the Court’s September 30, 2024 Order (D.I. 326), from
`
`October 24, 2024 through and including October 31, 2024. The reason for the requested
`
`extension is to allow Amazon sufficient time to respond to the upwardly revised royalty rates,
`
`and for its expert to respond to the supplemental expert opinions, in Plaintiff’s opening papers
`
`(D.I.s 327 and 328).
`
`Plaintiff does not oppose this request. For the Court’s convenience, a proposed order is
`
`attached hereto.
