`“acoustic grammar,” as found in U.S. Patent No. 7,818,176, and (2) “domain agent,” as found in
`U.S. Patent No. 8,886,536. These agreements are reflected in the Second Amended Joint Claim
`Construction Chart filed concurrently herewith.
