`WHEREAS, in a Minute Entry dated July 7, 2023 the Court ordered the parties to confer
`
`on two available start dates for a five-day jury trial and to file a joint status report by July 12, 2023;
`
`and
`
`WHEREAS, the parties have conferred and are close to agreement on the trial dates and
`
`related dates, but are confirming the availability of an expert;
`
`NOW THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed, subject to the approval and Order
`
`of the Court, that the deadline for the parties to file their joint status report is hereby extended to
`
`and including July 14, 2023.
