`I write on behalf of the parties in response to the Court’s November 15, 2021 oral Order
`(D.I. 101). The parties have conferred and agree that the requested additional discovery in the
`proposed stipulated extension of time (D.I. 100) requires an extension of the trial date.
`Accordingly, the parties respectfully request an extension to the current deadlines for discovery
`and summary judgment briefing as proposed in the joint stipulation, with the understanding that
`no new trial date or pre-trial conference will be scheduled at this time. Should the Court have
`any questions, counsel are available at the Court's convenience.
