`Dear Chief Judge Stark:
`
`We represent 3Shape A/S, 3Shape Trios A/S, and 3Shape Inc. (collectively “3Shape”) in the
`above-captioned actions. 3Shape requests that the Court hold a status conference at its
`earliest convenience to discuss the most efficient manner to proceed and resolve outstanding
`concerns relating to Align Technology, Inc.’s (“Align”) First Amended Complaint in the 18-1950
`action (D.I. 13) and 3Shape’s Motion for Preliminary Injunction and Temporary Restraining
`Order in the 20-1492 action (D.I. 2) (the “Injunction Motion”). 3Shape also requests that the
`Court order expedited briefing on the Injunction Motion.
`
`3Shape and Align met and conferred on these issues but Align refused to join in the request for
`a status conference and further refused to agree to expedited briefing.
`
`3Shape is generally available Monday-Wednesday this week, November 9-11, 2020, and
`otherwise at the Court’s convenience.
