`the ’154 and ’289 Patents for the accused Nexpose (including in combination with Metasploit and
`
`InsightIDR) and AppSpider products is excluded; and
`
`(3) The portions of the Expert Reports of Drs. Mitzenmacher, Medvidovic, Cole, and
`
`Goodrich characterizing the ’408, ’305, ’154, ’289, and ’918 Patents as related to detecting
`
`“vulnerabilities” is excluded.
