`WHEREAS, on July 31, 2020, Plaintiff Finjan, Inc. was converted from a Delaware

`Corporation to a Delaware Limited Liability Company by way of a Certificate of Conversion
`
`filed with the State of Delaware’s Division of Corporations;
`
`WHEREAS, as a result of the foregoing name change, the proper name of Finjan, Inc. is
`
`now Finjan LLC;
`
`NOW, THEREFORE, the parties, by and through their undersigned counsel, hereby
`
`agree, subject to the Court’s approval, that the caption in the above case shall be amended as
`
`below and all future filings shall reflect the above name change so that Finjan, Inc. is now
`
`referred to as Finjan LLC.
