`Procedure, counsel for Defendant Amgen Inc. (“Defendant”) will take the deposition by oral

`examination of Dr. Karen Gelmon.

`The deposition will take place before an officer duly authorized by law to administer oaths,

`at the office of Charest Reporting, 885 W. Georgia St., #1650, Vancouver, BC V6C 0B5, Canada
`
`on Monday, October 7, 2019 at 9:00am. The testimony will be recorded stenographically and by
`
`videotape. The deposition will be taken for the purposes of discovery and all other purposes
`
`permitted by the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
