`The parties stipulate and agree, subject to the approval of the Court, that the above
`
`captioned matter shall be stayed pending final resolution of Post-Grant Review Nos. PGR 2018-
`
`00103 and PGR 2018-00104 and Inter Partes Review Nos. IPR 2019-00117 and IPR-00118
`
`concerning the patent-in-suit pending before United States Patent Office Patent Trial and Appeal
`
`Board’s (“PTAB”) (collectively the “Post Grant Proceedings”), including appeals. The parties
`
`agree that a stay serves the interests of efficiency by conserving the resources of both parties and
`
`this Court.
`
`The parties will submit a new scheduling order to the Court within 15 days of the final
`
`resolution of the Post Grant Proceedings, including appeals, that sets the deadline for 3Shape’s
`
`preliminary infringement contentions 30 days from the filing of the scheduling order and sets all
`
`other dates proportionally as to how they are in the current scheduling order, subject to the
`
`approval of the Court.
