`Judgment is entered in favor of Defendant Fortinet, Inc. and against Plaintiff

`Realtime Data LLC d/b/a IXO that U.S. Patent No. 8,717,203; U.S. Patent No. 9,054,728; U.S.
`
`Patent No. 9,116,908; and U.S. Patent No. 9,667,751 are invalid as directed to patent ineligible
`
`subject matter under 35 U.S.C. § 101; and
`
`2.
`
`In view of the invalidity finding, judgment is entered in favor of Fortinet, Inc.
`
`with respect to Plaintiff’s claims for infringement (Counts I-IV (D.I. 1)).
`
