`Plaintiff Wirtgen America, Inc.’s confidential information, it is ORDERED that Wirtgen shall
`
`file a response to the Motion on or before May 31, 2024.
`
`The Parties are further reminded to comply with Section I.D.3 of my Policies and
`
`Procedures requiring them to work together when filing motions to seal the other’s
`
`confidential information. Going forward, failure to do so will result in the imposition of
`
`the opponent’s costs of preparing an additional submission.
