`to Exclude Testimony (D.I. 217) is GRANTED.

`It is FURTHER ORDERED that, upon consideration of Defendant Caterpillar, Inc.’s

`Motion to Exclude Certain Expert Testimony (D.I. 210), and for the reasons stated in the
