`C.A. No. 16-1221-LPS (D. Del.) (Consolidated)
`
`
`Dear Chief Judge Stark:
`
`We write on behalf of the parties in the above-captioned matter. We appreciate the
`
`Court’s consideration regarding the trial schedule.
`
`
`After meeting and conferring to discuss the Court’s October 30, 2019 letter, D.I. 136, the
`parties have decided to jointly request a new trial date. The parties request twelve hours per side,
`subject to the Court’s schedule. Given the need to reschedule trial, the parties request that the
`November 1, 2019 deadline for filing the pretrial order be postponed until December 13, 2019.
`The parties will work with the Court’s chambers to identify mutually acceptable pretrial
`conference and trial dates. A stipulation and proposed order consistent with this letter is
`attached.
`
`
`
`
`We are available for a teleconference at the Court’s convenience to discuss these issues.
`
`Respectfully,
`
`
`
`
`
`
