`IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED by and between the parties hereto

`Plaintiffs SIPCO LLC and IP CO., LLC, and Defendants Streetline, Inc. and Kapsch Trafficcom

`Holding Corp., subject to the approval of the Court, that the time within which Defendants must
`
`move, answer or otherwise respond to the Complaint filed by Plaintiff in this action is extended
`
`through and including November 18, 2016. This is the first request and the purpose of the
`
`proposed extension is to give Defendant sufficient time to obtain information necessary to
`
`answer or otherwise plead to plaintiff’s Complaint, or to resolve the case.
