`Plaintiff Acceleration Bay LLC writes to update the Court as to the status of various inter
`
`partes reviews (“IPRs”) of the Patents-in-Suit. Defendants previously provided updates in April
`
`2016 and April 2017 regarding their IPRs, and further supplemented the record in November
`
`2017. See C.A. No. 15-228, D.I. 128; D.I. 106; D.I. 359.1
`

`On January 10, 2018, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board issued decisions in IPR2017-
`
`01600 (U.S. Pat. No. 6,910,069) and IPR2017-01601 (U.S. Pat. No. 6,829,634). The PTAB
`
`rejected petitioners’ alleged grounds of invalidity. There are no other pending IPRs regarding
`
`the Patents-in-Suit, and the PTAB has now denied review of and/or found valid all claims
`
`currently asserted in these actions.
