`Plaintiff Godo Kaisha IP Bridge 1 and Defendant OmniVision Technologies, Inc. (“the
`
`parties”), by and through their respective counsel, hereby agree, subject to the Court’s approval,
`
`to stay all deadlines in connection with the above-captioned lawsuit. The parties have reached an
`
`agreement to resolve all claims asserted in this case and have executed a settlement agreement
`
`that contemplates dismissal by late December or early January. The parties respectfully request
`
`that the Court stay all deadlines in connection with this litigation while the parties perform their
`
`obligations under the settlement agreement and subsequently submit a stipulation of dismissal.
`
`Should the parties not resolve this matter by January 15, 2019, the parties shall file a status report
`
`providing the Court with an update concerning the status of this matter.
