`Please take notice that, pursuant to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 30(b)(1), Plaintiff

`Sound View Innovations, LLC (“Sound View”), by its counsel, will take the deposition upon
`
`oral examination of Chad Heaton. The deposition will begin on May 16, 2017 at 9:00 a.m., at
`
`Desmarais LLP, 230 Park Avenue, New York, NY 10169, or at some other mutually agreeable
`
`time and place. The deposition will continue from day to day until completed. The deposition
`
`will be taken before an officer authorized by the laws of the United States to administer oaths
`
`and will be recorded using videographic, audiographic, stenographic, and/or real-time computer
`
`means.
