`Please take notice that, pursuant to Rule 30(b)(1) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure,

`Defendant Facebook, Inc., (“Facebook”), by and through its counsel, Cooley LLP, will take the
`
`oral deposition of K. McNeill Taylor on July 11, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. at the offices of Desmararis
`
`LLP, 230 Park Avenue, New York, NY 10169, or at such other time, date, and place as the
`
`parties mutually agree in writing.
`
`The deposition will be recorded by stenographic means and may also be recorded by
`
`videotape. The deposition will be conducted before an officer authorized to administer oaths and
`
`will continue from day-to-day, weekends and legal holidays excluded, until completed, or
`
`according to a schedule mutually agreed upon by the parties in advance of the appearance date.
`
`The deposition will be taken for the purposes of discovery, for use at trial, and for any other
`
`purpose permitted under the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, and the rules of this court, or the

`law.
