`Please take notice that, pursuant to Rule 30(b)(1) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure,

`Plaintiff Sound View Innovations, LLC (“Sound View”), by its counsel, will take the deposition
`
`upon oral examination of Chad Heaton. The deposition will begin on June 16, 2017, at 9:00
`
`a.m., and be held at Cooley LLP, 3175 Hanover Street, Palo Alto, California 94304 or at some
`
`other mutually agreeable time and place. The deposition will continue from day to day until
`
`completed. The deposition will be taken before an officer authorized by the laws of the United
`
`States to administer oaths and will be recorded using videographic, audiographic, stenographic,
`
`and/or real-time computer means.
