`Please take notice that, pursuant to Rule 30(b)(1) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure,

`Plaintiff Sound View Innovations, LLC (“Sound View”), by its counsel, will take the deposition
`
`upon oral examination of Alma Chao. The deposition will begin on June 7, 2017, at 9:00 a.m.,
`
`and be held at Cooley LLP, 3175 Hanover Street, Palo Alto, California 94304 or at some other
`
`mutually agreeable time and place. The deposition will continue from day to day until completed.
`
`The deposition will be taken before an officer authorized by the laws of the United States to
`
`administer oaths and will be recorded using videographic, audiographic, stenographic, and/or real-
`
`time computer means.
