`I write on behalf of both parties regarding the submission of hyper-linked briefs.
`Originally, post-trial briefing in this matter was to be completed by October 19, 2017 and hyper-
`linked briefs were to be provided to the Court by October 26, 2017. The deadline for Defendant
`to file its reply brief on invalidity was extended to October 23, 2017 (D.I. 107). As a result of
`this extension, the parties request permission to file their respective hyper-linked briefs no later
`than October 30, 2017.
