`WHEREAS, trial in this action was held from August 21, 2017 to August 24, 2017;

`WHEREAS, at the close of trial, the Court approved the post-trial briefing schedule
`
`agreed-upon by Plaintiff Hospira, Inc., and Defendant Amneal Pharmaceuticals LLC (Trial Tran.
`
`1174:3-1175:13);
`
`WHEREAS, on September 18, 2017, Plaintiff filed its opening post-trial brief on
`
`infringement (which by agreement and order was under 15 pages) (D.I. 101) and Defendant filed
`
`its opening post-trial brief on invalidity (which by agreement and order was under 30 pages)
`
`(D.I. 100);
`
`NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by and between Plaintiff and

`Defendant, subject to the approval by the Court, that the following deadlines shall govern the
